Fix a declined card

If a renewal payment fails, update your card and your plan carries on.

How to do it

  1. See the message. Your plan page shows "Your last payment failed". You keep access until the end date.
  2. Choose Update payment method. A secure Stripe page opens.
  3. Pick or add another card. Choose a working card and continue. The payment goes through and your plan carries on.
