Universal Rules
These rules apply to all users and platforms across Serey, without exception.
No Theft
Stealing accounts, coins, or content is strictly forbidden across all platforms on Serey.
No Impersonation or Manipulation
Users may not impersonate others or manipulate identity for deception.
No Fraud or Scams
Serey prohibits any financial scams, phishing, or deceitful investment schemes.
No Unauthorized Access
Hacking or attempting to access any account or system without permission is banned.
Respect Platform Rules and Local Laws
Users must follow both the individual platform's rules and applicable national laws.
No Malicious Software
Uploading or spreading malware, harmful code, or tracking software is forbidden.
Platform Transparency
All platforms must publicly display their terms of service, moderation policies, and community rules.

Platform-Specific Rules
Every platform on Serey is autonomous in setting its own publishing standards, content policies, and community guidelines. These rules are managed by the platform creators and must be clearly presented to their users.
Platforms are responsible for enforcing their own rules while respecting the universal rights and technical standards outlined by Serey.
Platforms can define:
- What type of content is allowed or restricted
- Whether they allow NSFW, political, or religious content
- Monetization rules (ads, subscriptions, etc.)
- Community interaction and comment policies
- Content moderation and dispute resolution processes
With freedom comes responsibility. With responsibility comes trust.
Serey operates as decentralized infrastructure. While platforms have wide autonomy, their existence depends on respecting the universal digital rights and responsibilities that protect users across the ecosystem.
