I hope all is well...
I accidentally sighted this animal was crawling near the pond in which I believe, that would be an interesting subject to be shot since I rarely find such an animal around. So, I grabbed my camera and tried to avoid its notice when taking photos. Yeah, this animal is very vulnerable to the threat which made me be like a thief in taking its photos. We call biawak air, although due to its prevalence it is simply referred to as biawak.
As I used to do when dealing with wild animals, away from their sight, I sneaked behind the trees or from something unnoticeable and started shooting them from distance range, that what I did when I found this reptile on water. This lizard is called Asian Monitor (Varanus Salvator) which mostly spends time in the water. Habitats that are considered to be most important to this species are mangrove vegetation, swamps, wetlands, and altitudes below 1000 meters
